Since the age of 12, Danyel was destined for building construction. While her initial draw was architecture, she turned left and headed down the engineering road. She started her career in civil and made the shift toward mechanical engineering a couple of years later. She loves the challenges that come with building construction. There’s always a new puzzle to solve, the chance to collaborate, and the ability to find creative, practical solutions. As a K2Mr, she is excited to collaborate with a strong group of driven, intelligent peers who strive for the excellence all seek. She believes K2M’s core values are the building blocks for driving any successful business forward. K2M’s four core values begin with “Be Good.” She would say this is where it truly begins: maintaining integrity, having pride in what you do, fostering trust, and being supportive and always appreciative.
