Jared started his career as an Operations Engineer in a steel mill north of Pittsburgh and transitioned into HVAC consulting engineering when he moved closer to family in northeast Pennsylvania. “I enjoyed the different types of projects I was exposed to early in my career and the challenges that came along with the consulting industry. There is always something new to learn in this industry and you have different problems to solve with every project, which is what challenges me makes me passionate about my career.”
Jared joined K2M because of the Power of 2 and the focus on taking care of the people who take care of the projects. “I believe in supporting your team to allow them to be successful contributors to the overall goals of the organization.” The core value that speaks to Jared the most is to Learn & Lead. “I believe in trying to learn something new everyday and sharing your knowledge.”
