Andy told his father when he was seven he was going to be an architect. He told him again at 8…at 9…at 10…so around 13 he started to believe Andy and help him grow into this profession. Since then, Andy has had a number of mentors who have helped him along the way. He is passionate about this profession – how we craft solutions and grow and mentor others.
Andy is excited to be a part of K2M because the culture and values reflect his own beliefs with the work that we do. “Learn & Lead allows me to continue the tradition of the mentors who have taught and nurtured me in my career. We can all continue to give back.”
