Russell’s dad was a residential framer and would take Russell around construction sites to look at buildings when he was small. His maternal grandfather was a talented sculptor of wooden figurines and painter. He and his mother would often listen to quiet instrumental music when he was younger, as it was always playing in the house. Reflecting on these years, it likely drove him to want to be artistic, skilled, and smart.
Russell looks forward to becoming a leader within Specialty Services, but also to cross pollinating with the Design Team.
