Drema’s role as Controller at K2M suits her well. She’s never been a fan of “we’ve always done it that way.” There are always ways to gain efficiency that provide more time to learn and explore additional opportunities. If something you are doing is difficult or time consuming, there’s a better way to do it. Drema is always looking for ways to improve K2M’s processes and provide better, more reliable data to support decision-making across the company.
Drema and her family enjoy the outdoors, from swimming in the pool to walking the trails and exploring the forest to enjoy the flora and fauna. Their favorite vacation spots are the West Virginia mountains and off-season in Carova, North Carolina. As Jeep enthusiasts, they are particularly fond of going places that are only accessible by 4×4 vehicles.
