K2M has completed concept design for a rare and unique exclusive resort development consisting of multiple sites totaling over 50 acres of land in the Bahamas. The work also includes an ultra high net worth lanai style residential community with world class golf course and amenities. K2M leveraged our intelligence to help them conceive and deliver very complex raw land developments where we design every aspect including utilities, power stations, access, buildings, site, etc.
The Rosewood Resort would feature 50 standalone bungalows with thoughtful amenities, each uniquely styled drawing inspiration from the local Bahamian culture and geography. Each 1,000SF bungalow offers sweeping panoramic ocean views, seamless walkouts to the pool deck and infinity pools, all designed to feel open and spacious while also private and secluded.
