Lincoln at Dilworth is a mixed-use urban multi-family housing project. This 5-story wood framed building over a 3-story concrete podium parking structure is sited at the corner of a major intersection of an expanding neighborhood just outside downtown Charlotte. A palette of cast stone, brick, concrete siding and synthetic stucco scale this 400,000 SF complex down, giving it a pedestrian feel and great curb appeal.

A variety of 1-2 and 3-bedroom/1 or 2 bath apartments are available, all with an outdoor patio or balcony. Each of the 379 units feature custom kitchen, high-end finishes and great views of the city or one of four designed courtyards. A secure, below grade parking garage accommodates 550 cars on-site, with 3 elevators for resident access.

Community amenities include a 2-story leasing center just off the main entrance, a 2-story fitness center, a cyber lab, a bike shop, a dog spa, a sports lounge and a rooftop terrace. 20,000SF of outdoor space is divided between four different courtyards with features including a pool and pool deck, an outdoor theatre, and a dog park. 15,000SF of retail/multi-tenant space has been planned into the project, along both major street corridors.
