This new North American headquarters for a confidential Client has become the focal point in an established industrial area of Huntersville, NC. The clean lines of this new glass and metal panel building add a fresh twist to the traditional brick and mortar neighborhood. The”U” shaped footprint captures large amounts of natural light throughout the interior and showroom areas, and creates a large central employee courtyard. The 28 acre site is contextually responsible and pedestrian friendly. Walking trails through old growth trees, a pond and several outdoor areas surround the building.

The main entrance is defined by a cascading stair into an entry courtyard. The building includes three levels of Class A offices, showrooms and 60,000 SF of manufacturing space, which includes 5,000 SF of lab and support space for Research and Development. The open-concept floor plan encourages a collaborative work environment and includes break-out rooms, conference centers, a multi-purpose cafeteria and a state-of-the-art exercise room with locker rooms.
