Travelling Gun – Hospitality Interior Design of the Year for Crowne Plaza Columbus.

The Crowne Plaza in Columbus went through a complete $19.7M renovation. K2M Design provided architectural, MEP/S engineering, and interior design services to renovate the public areas and 375 guestrooms through all phases of design and construction. Multi-Family Interior Design of the Year for The Statler, in partnership with City Architecture and the Millennia Companies

The Statler is a historically renovated apartment complex in the theater district in downtown Cleveland, for which K2M completed the interior design. In addition to the 295 market rate apartments, the property also includes residential lounges, a community room, coffee shop, exterior roof deck, and fitness center.
