New Office Location Provides Room for Growth and New Markets

Charlotte, North Carolina – April 2023 – K2M Design, an Architecture, Engineering and Interior Design firm with Facility Engineering and Specialty Services, is excited to share our new Charlotte office location in the nearly 100-year old, historic structure known as Cedar West.

Our new Uptown address at 800 Westmere Avenue was planned to accommodate our rapidly growing staff and the needs of our expanding regional client base. The completely renovated, open-concept studio focuses on biophilic design with naturally exposed materials, an abundance of natural light, and an indoor-outdoor visual connection to the greater Uptown neighborhood. Integrated technology drives the collaborative, hybrid work model we offer throughout our 9 regional offices. The space truly evokes a Great Place to Work®, a certification K2M Design is honored to have been bestowed!

For nearly two decades K2M Design has been serving the Queen City in the markets of Civic, Commercial, Light Industrial, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family Residential and Transportation. Our expanding regional footprint now includes Hospitality, Senior Living, and specialized public/ private project opportunities. With over $1B in current design and construction efforts, we proudly continue to serve the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport; have multiple, large county projects; are partners in several industrial/ technology park expansions; are vision-casting an international raceway; and leading efforts in a new super resort development in the Bahamas.
