What is a typical day like for you at work?
A lot of 1:1s and check-ins.

What is your favorite part of your role?
Getting to help systematically influence our ability to improve – #GoForward!

What are some things you do to stay productive and focused?
Clarity breaks are extremely helpful for prioritization. I also take opportunities between meetings to get a little movement in – do some pushups, planks or just stretch.

What is one piece of advice you’d give to those aspiring to work in your field?
Focus on what success means to the customer. If you’re not doing that, you’re going to fail!
