The K2M team was tasked to design a new aesthetically pleasing dinning/ training facility that is CAT-5 storm rated for the Florida Keys Electric Cooperative.

K2M provided architectural, interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services to the City of Lorain for their new central service complex.
