Leading our Project Management team, Brian plays a key role in the growth and advancement of K2M’s project managers by creating and implementing strategies and standards, while also providing guidance and mentorship on projects. Working in collaboration with all of our in-house disciplines, Brian streamlines K2M’s project management processes for the benefit of all our clients. His favorite thing about being a K2Mr?
