Michele loves the transformative work of design—the whole before and after of a renovation project or the creation of a new space from a single idea. Her passion is to help shape and better people’s lives through design, and she finds great satisfaction in doing this collaboratively. She appreciates K2M’s core value of “Learn & Lead” that encourages open collaboration and the sharing of knowledge and experiences to grow and learn as a team. Outside of work, Michele enjoys road trips, shopping at art fairs and flea markets, backyard bird feeding, photographing nature, and reading. These are activities that allow Michele to seek out treasures and reflect on beauty.
