Leslie always enjoyed building with Lego’s, creating “forts” as a child, and trying to build things. After graduation from UC Berkley, she began an architectural journey with her husband, now of 30 years. The path began in the San Francisco Bay area to Lake Tahoe, Jackson Hole Wyoming, Steamboat Springs and the front range of Colorado and then to Marathon Florida and a short detour to Charleston South Carolina, and back to Marathon to join K2M. The core values of K2M are inspiring to Leslie. She especially embraced learn and lead throughout her career as a senior project architect. Her architectural background is in resort hospitality, high end residential, construction administration and project management. Having always been a technical person, Leslie enjoys the complexity in the actual creation of the built environment from the initial concept to completion.
